Diagnostic Testing Center

The Diagnostic Testing Center is Northwestern Memorial Hospital’s outpatient laboratory where patients are referred by their doctors for the following services:

  • Blood collection
  • EKG (electrocardiogram)
  • Stool tests*
  • Urine tests* (random and 24 hour tests)

*Kits are provided for 24 hour stool and urine collections.

Doctor’s orders must be faxed by the doctor’s office or brought to the center by the patient. If the orders are faxed, patients should notify the Diagnostic Testing Center front desk.

Hours:
Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Closed Sundays and holidays
